I´ve built the ISO using full version of latest WinISO, but tbe DVD hangs on boot.It doesnt matter if i saved it as joliet or ISO9660 file format … any ideas what´s wrong?

Chech MD5 sum of each 3 discs of downloading before building the DVD iso image.

Can I extract disc 1 also before adding disc 2 and 3 into it? Can’t afford to buy UltraISO.

Yes, UltralISO has file size limit without pay. you can use ISO commander, you can try it for 30 days and no file size limit. and ISO Master is probabily free for linux.

don’t extract disc 1, becouse it is bootable disc, if you do that. the bootability of disc1 will be destroyed.

Tx Lee for the manip, but what about the bootonly.iso cd? can we include this as well on the DVD or does it have to remain on a separate CD?

you just edit the first CD iso image by this way, and the First CD iso image is boot images CD. so you don’t need bootonly iso CD.
